We’re a rapidly-growing shop, building an elite team of passionate technologists to develop and support a new class of web application. If you join us, you'll bring ideas to life as products and features. You'll be involved in the whole process from concept to release to ongoing operations. You'll collaborate with the entire team -- including the founder -- to streamline our current offerings as well as conceptualize new ones.
As such, you will be a key hire, you will be expected to use your noggin every day to tackle difficult problems with speed, accuracy, and gusto.
Job Requirements
We are looking for a seasoned developer who can take on a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a knack for restating complex problems to find a simpler solution. A passion for good design, both visual and technical, is essential.
We're looking for someone with at least 5 years experience building consumer-facing web-based applications. You should be familiar with Java, Ruby, Rails, Merb, Capistrano, Amazon SDB, SQS, and EC2. Extra consideration will be given to those with Javascript / XHTML / CSS / AJAX, Hibernate, Spring or Linux admin experience. Be prepared to impress us with a sample of your best work.
